About the Role

Fidelity Investments is seeking empathetic and proactive individuals to join its Customer Service team. In this entry-level role, you'll assist customers in navigating their financial journeys by answering questions, helping with withdrawals and transfers, and providing personalized support. While no degree or finance background is required, strong communication and active listening skills are essential. The role begins with a comprehensive onboarding program where you’ll train alongside a cohort, progressively handling more complex calls and digital interactions (chat, email, etc.) related to 401(k) accounts.

This position offers a hybrid setup, combining remote work with on-site participation at a local Fidelity Regional Center. You’ll also benefit from personal career coaching, wellness support, team-building activities, and the opportunity to pursue FINRA licenses (Series 7 and 63). The role is ideal for those looking to grow within the financial services industry, even without prior experience.
