About the Role
Savance Enterprise is seeking a proactive, tech-savvy Lead Generation Specialist to join its fast-paced sales and marketing team. This remote, full-time role focuses on researching prospects, executing outreach, and maintaining clean, segmented CRM data to support high-quality sales pipelines. You’ll identify new business opportunities across the B2B software and distribution landscape, using tools like HubSpot and LinkedIn to build a highly targeted database aligned with the company’s Ideal Customer Profile. Far from being a static list-building role, this position invites creativity, experimentation, and cross-functional collaboration to influence campaign strategy and fuel top-of-funnel growth.
Your day-to-day will involve multi-channel outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn), enriching prospect data, and ensuring sales and marketing teams are equipped with accurate, actionable insights. You'll work closely with leadership to refine messaging, optimize segmentation, and test new strategies and platforms. The ideal candidate brings strong research skills, is comfortable conducting outreach, and thrives in a remote, autonomous environment. While experience with HubSpot and familiarity with the B2B tech space are bonuses, Savance values initiative, communication, and adaptability above all.
