About the Role
TowneBank is seeking a CRM-savvy Marketing Administrator to support its Mortgage Marketing team by managing CRM content, automation campaigns, and data segmentation to enable seamless communication and sales enablement for loan officers. In this multifaceted role, you’ll maintain a compliant, up-to-date template library, lead journey and drip campaigns, upload databases, build custom audience groups, and act as the go-to CRM support resource for the sales team.
This position also involves coordinating CRM integrations, monitoring system updates, collaborating with the Mortgage Software Support team to ensure accurate data syncing, and assisting with performance reporting alongside marketing strategists. Preferred experience includes prior CRM (especially Total Expert) usage, Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Cloud, and a background in mortgage marketing or sales enablement.
