This role focuses on business development, advisor education, and client consultation to drive new retirement plan opportunities. Responsibilities include relationship-building with Financial Advisors and third-party administrators, leading sales meetings, delivering proposals, and staying current on compliance and plan offerings. Up to 25% travel is required. Ideal candidates bring 7+ years of experience in retirement plan consulting or sales, strong communication skills, Series 7 licensing, and proficiency with Microsoft 365.
